Bridgeport – More Than Just a Neighborhood

TL:DR - SimTools, formerly TS3Tools, has grown from a simple launcher into a multi-game utility thanks to community support, and its continued evolution reflects both the project's ambition and the inspiration drawn from its followers.
I never imagined TS3Tools would come as far as it has. Even with a modest following of just 34 people at the time of writing this, I’m genuinely humbled — because even one person believing in the project is more than I ever expected.
From the beginning, I’ve been transparent about TS3Tools’ humble origins: it started as a simple little launcher with barely any features. But as I dug deeper into The Sims 3, noticing both subtle flaws and glaring issues, I realized there was potential for something greater. TS3Tools could be more — so much more.
And just as it evolved then, it’s evolving once again. As I write this, I’m actively developing version 4, now rebranded as SimTools. While support for The Sims 3 remains a core focus, the new version will also include support for several other sim-style games. Translations are coming, and both installation and integration will be more streamlined and user-friendly.
There’s so much about SimTools that makes me proud, but what inspires me most is you — the people following this project. Your support continues to drive my passion and creativity. Thank you for being part of this journey.
